Appraisals take around 20 minutes depending on the size of the property. Helen will have a look around your property, she will take notes and gather information.
Once the information is gathered a detailed report will be created with current comparisons of ‘for sale’ and sold properties, along with area demographics and other interesting statistics. The report will be presented to you in the form of a booklet. It is free and it is yours to keep.
